I was applying for a Project Manager (PM) intern position in the creative industry. (It was thrilling and challenging 🤣🌪️). Inget banget waktu lagi high demand dari client dan beberapa producers tumbang karena pancaroba😅
Now as a former PM, I wonder if there's any real strategy to ensure the producers meet the submission deadline despite a lot of unpredictable factors. Time-box method is technically effective, but I'm looking for a room of improvement or suggestion in its application.

Hai Amanda! Untuk improve time-box method, coba implement buffer time di setiap milestone (maybe 15-20% extra), plus buat contingency plan untuk critical path activities. Sprint retrospectives juga helpful untuk identify bottlenecks recurring.
Consider juga daily stand-ups yang lebih structured dan early warning systems untuk detect potential delays. Creative work memang unpredictable, tapi dengan proper risk management dan clear communication protocols, bisa lebih manageable. Great experience!
