Pengalaman interview 3 kali ngelewati tahap interview, interview terakhir dikasih soal yang harus dikerjakan dirumah, untuk posisi Admin Act. Nah pas selesai di proses trakhir interview malah dikasih soal kmbli buat dikerjakan dan soalnya untuk level Spv, sumpah jengkel bgt rasanya mana cuman digaji UMK bpjs kes. gak dpt al hasil interview trakhir udah jengkel bgt smpe ngomong ke usernya klu saya dikasih soal ini trus ngapain di tes kembali knpa gak sekalian langsung aja.

Hai Amalia! Wajar banget kamu jengkel! Interview 3x plus ngerjain take-home assignment berulang buat posisi Admin tapi digaji UMK tanpa benefit proper itu red flag.
