Hai! Kadang ini karena HR yang ga paham job scope sebenarnya, atau company yang pengen hemat cost dengan hire satu orang untuk multiple roles. Yang rugi ya kandidat yang qualified tapi di-discourage sama requirement yang overboard.
Saran: apply aja kalau basic requirements kamu meet, ignore yang terlalu unrealistic. Sometimes they're willing to compromise kalau ketemu candidate yang bagus!
