Sales Role
Pindah industri itu ngga semudah resign terus apply ke bidang baru. Butuh strategi biar ngga stuck di "overqualified tapi underexperienced". Nih coba praktekin step by step yg realistis:
1) Audit skill: Mana yang universal (data, komunikasi, problem solving), mana yang spesifik
2) Cari role yg kamu mau: KUNCINYA DISINI. Kalau mau nyebrang, jgn terlalu jauh sama role lama biar skill lama bisa dipake buat kerjaan baru (misal: dari finance ke business analyst)
3) Belajar: ambil sertifikasi
