Got promoted to supervisor, should be exciting right? PRET! Yg ada gw malah kek mainan disini 😩
Tim gw literally ga ada yg respect sama sekali. Yg paling nyebelin itu tiap gw kasih instruksi, dianggurin. Kalau ada sesuatu, malah ngomongnya keatasan gw tanpa ngomong ke gw dulu. Gw udh coba tegas, malah dibilang ga sopan karna mayoritas pada senior. Coba friendly, malah ga dianggep serius.
Jadi ini salah gw yang belum bisa lead/mereka yang belum siap punya atasan baru?
