guys aku baru keterima kerja di BUMC tapi kontrak kerjanya aku rasa berat sebelah, aku harus stay 1 tahun kalau resign meskipun aku one month notice aku didenda 10 jt, sedangkan kalo tiba2 mereka cut off aku sebelum kontrak aku berakhir aku cuma dikasih pesangon 1,5jt
Menurut kalian gimana? ini wajar atau emng toxic🥺
