Gua termasuk org yg sering nyari staff lewat koneksi. Soalnya tiap pake jalur resmi, gua sering nemu CV yg isinya berbobot, tapi ceritanya berubah pas interview. Gua contohin dikit lah
Di CV nulis pegang project A-Z. Pas ditanya detail, jawabnya muter-muter. Ampe dulu gua inget tuh ada yg lupa perannya sendiri. Logika aja, siapa yg mau rekrut? Awalnya gua ngira mereka emng bikin CV palsu, tapi temen ada yg bilang bisa jadi mereka terlalu nervous ampe lupa mau ngomong apa. Emang valid alesannya?
