Tadi gue overhear recruiter ngobrol (anggap aja A dan B) pas lunch di foodcourt. Mereka kayaknya lagi screening CV. A nunjukin laptop sambil bilang:
A: Lulus S1 2021 tapi mulai kerja 2023. Dua tahun ngapain ya?
B: Ga ditulis di CV? Skip dulu aja, cari yang timeline-nya jelas.
Menurut gue sayang banget kalau kemampuan udah bagus tapi mental di tahap awal gara-gara hal kecil. Jadi kalau kalian punya gap year, better tulis alasan singkat di CV, tapi bahasanya harus tetap profesional.
