Very horrible experiences.The good thingsThe good thing is that the challenge of the work at this company is easy but monotonous. The company really appreciates your certificate of training, and the company gives you training and skill tests every six months (it was fun!). When you pass the test, you will be rewarded with a higher salary.
The challengesThe rules of work are confusing and weird, and the leader-up is very toxic. Basically, your work in this company depends on the workload of the customers. When you achieve or finish the work before the deadline, the leader does not like it. It was weird, right? You accomplished it before the deadline, but the leader-up did not like it. It's *before* not *late* from the deadlines.
You need to make zero mistakes in this company. I mean, what? Even robots make mistakes. When you miss one point, you will be badly judged by the leader.
The last one is that many works are missing calculations on workload. The work needs to be done in 2 hours, but in real time, it needs more than 4 hours. When we offer *free overtime* permission, the company rejects the permission. The leaders are blindfolded about this, and in the end, they judge us badly again.
