The good thingsTKE Elevator or previously we called Thyssenkrupp is one of big player in Elevator business in the world.
In this company I get 2 times promoted.
1. From Accountant to Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance.
2. From Assistant Manager to Finance Manager ( HOD Fin & Controlling ).
With many colleague from another country, we can learn many things, whether hard skill and soft skill.
The challengesYou should prepare your good mentally because this business similar with construction company, which is we should monitor many project in many area.
And we should make sure project is going well and profitable to company.
