The challenges1. kurangnya komunikasi yg baik dan selaras antar bagian.
2. tidak adanya jenjang karir yg jelas.
3. minimnya pemahaman di divisi accounting & finance soal pajak.
4. terkadang keputusan yg diambil terlalu terburu-buru, hal ini yg menjadikan tantangan tersendiri buat saya untuk memperbaiki jika terjadi kesalahan dalam keputusan tersebut.
Tetapi bagi saya dimanapun bekerja hal-hal tersebut sangatlah wajar dan sering terjadi, tinggal gimana kitanya mengambil sikap. dan pada akhirnya harus memilih take or leave it. hehe
