Hal yang baikTKE Elevator or previously we called Thyssenkrupp is one of big player in Elevator business in the world. In this company I get 2 times promoted. 1. From Accountant to Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance. 2. From Assistant Manager to Finance Manager ( HOD Fin & Controlling ). With many colleague from another country, we can learn many things, whether hard skill and soft skill.

TantanganYou should prepare your good mentally because this business similar with construction company, which is we should monitor many project in many area. And we should make sure project is going well and profitable to company.

Training is needed regarding work procedures. Interdepartmental support needs to be improved. Attention, good and clear solutions, and also support from Management need to be improved.

Hal yang baik- I got a lot of experience working in this company. - Good co-workers. - Flexible working hours. - Close to public transportation and access, (krl, busway, bus stop, bus terminal, and toll).

Tantangan- Build communication between departments that aim to support each other in a job. - Standby by phone on the weekend to support other departments.
