    Great work with Great Team
    The good thingsTKE Elevator or previously we called Thyssenkrupp is one of big player in Elevator business in the world. In this company I get 2 times promoted. 1. From Accountant to Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance. 2. From Assistant Manager to Finance Manager ( HOD Fin & Controlling ). With many colleague from another country, we can learn many things, whether hard skill and soft skill.
    The challengesYou should prepare your good mentally because this business similar with construction company, which is we should monitor many project in many area. And we should make sure project is going well and profitable to company.

    Training is needed regarding work procedures. Interdepartmental support needs to be improved. Attention, good and clear solutions, and also support from Management need to be improved.
    The good things- I got a lot of experience working in this company. - Good co-workers. - Flexible working hours. - Close to public transportation and access, (krl, busway, bus stop, bus terminal, and toll).
    The challenges- Build communication between departments that aim to support each other in a job. - Standby by phone on the weekend to support other departments.

    Expected much from a German Company only to be disappointed.
    The good thingsThe MD's nice, the working environment also nice. All the colleagues are like a family. The company's monitored directly by regional. I could learn much. The office also strategically located (could be reached by bus, commuter line, also right in front of toll exit & entrance). The working hours also flexible. Works are also done in relaxed manner. No social gap between staffs and management.
    The challengesI was expected to work with far different job from what was discussed in the beginning/from the contract. And with lower salary range compared to competing company and peer position in other companies. Little to no opportunities for career development. The accounting and reporting is quite messy for this company to progress. Would be long till this company could have IPO.
