    The challengesJob desk tidak sesuai , peraturan yang ribet . Sales senior yang cari muka dan persaingan tidak sehat . Pengembalian deposit dan jaminan lama harus menunggu 3 bulan setelah Resign ! Ingin sempurna tapi masih banyak yg perlu di perbaiki. Intinya RIBET sih

    The good thingsTidak ada yg bisa dinikmati selain mendapatkan gaji untuk kehidupan sehari - hari.
    The challengesHarusnya tidak condong ke 1 pihak saja. Terutama ke orang yg punya power karena pinter ngomong alias pinter cari muka, penjilat, bermuka dua. Orang2 seperti itu yg justru dianggap berkelas karena memang mereka pintar memainkan kata2 dan menyikut antar teman. Management hanya melihat 1 sisi saja, siapa yg terbaik itu yg mampu bertahan tanpa melihat attitude orang yg seperti itu di belakangnya seperti apa.
