    The good thingsSangat sistematis dari segi peraturan, struktur organisasi, job desc. Sangat disiplin dalam penerapan PPKM di masa pandemi covid, menerapkan WFH 50% dan swab secara berkala, banyak tunjangan dan ketersediaan makanan terjamin (ada kantin & chef, makanannya enak).

    Good place to start as a fresh graduate with low skill and zero experience
    The good thingsThe place is nice, near to masjid, mall, ATM, indomaret, no parking fee. You can also get lunch every working day, there are also gym room, has a mushalla. Good people, good salary, good bonuses, medical insurance. Permanent in two years usually.
    The challengesDeadline. Sometimes, you will work really extra. If you do not agree with interest principle, I suggest to avoid some position with interaction with loan module.
