    The good thingsSangat sistematis dari segi peraturan, struktur organisasi, job desc. Sangat disiplin dalam penerapan PPKM di masa pandemi covid, menerapkan WFH 50% dan swab secara berkala, banyak tunjangan dan ketersediaan makanan terjamin (ada kantin & chef, makanannya enak).

    Good place to start as a fresh graduate with low skill and zero experience
    The good thingsThe place is nice, near to masjid, mall, ATM, indomaret, no parking fee. You can also get lunch every working day, there are also gym room, has a mushalla. Good people, good salary, good bonuses, medical insurance. Permanent in two years usually.
    The challengesDeadline. Sometimes, you will work really extra. If you do not agree with interest principle, I suggest to avoid some position with interaction with loan module.

    The good thingsThe working environment and colleagues are nice, friendly and helpful. Good teamwork. Free lunch and gym facility. New and modern office.
    The challengesBad management, lack of vision and direction from upper management. For contract, HR tends to postpone telling employee whether contract is terminated or continued, even past the contract date. Very strict in attendance and time sheet, so so salary, work task includes much more than job description. You have to multitask and be a fast learner or you won't be able to keep up with the pace.

    The challengesUntuk departemen implementasi perkembangan karir cukup sulit, tidak ada patokan atau aturan yang jelas agar bisa mendapatkan promosi jabatan. Company Policy cukup sering berubah/bertambah, terutama soal peraturan Attendance Incentive yang terkesan semakin dipersulit, Bonus Project nilai nya selalu dipangkas tanpa ada pemberitahuan atau alasan yang jelas. Terlalu banyak aturan yang terkesan Pro-Perusahaan dibanding Pro-Pegawai, Hitungan lembur tidak menggunakan indeks lembur pada umumnya.
