The good thingsSistem yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan ini sangat memperhatikan kinerja dari semua lini, saya sendiri bekerja di bidang atau divisi sales/marketing. Saya selama ini sangat diperhatikan, tentu dalam sistem terdapat mekanisme, untuk sales sendiri kami bukan hanya dibekali dengan kemampuan diri saja tetapi faktor penunjang juga sangat diperhatikan, dari pakain/penampilan, cara kami bersikap, presentasi produk maupun edukasi untuk men-share pengetahuan kita terhadap calon customer.
The challengesKesulitan sebagai sebagai sales di perusahaan ini adalah produk yang tidak berkembang, infrastruktur pendukung yang tidak menentu. Dari hal tersebut maka pasar yang ada menjadi sangat terbatas, sementara kompetitor sudah 2 langkah didepan.
