Secara umum, suasana kerja di perusahaan ini cukup nyaman. Rekan-rekan kerja sangat suportif dan mudah diajak kerja sama. Proses kerja cukup terstruktur dan fasilitas yang disediakan juga mendukung produktivitas. Bagi yang suka bekerja dengan sistem yang jelas dan tim yang solid, tempat ini cukup menjanjikan.
Namun, pengalaman saya cukup dipengaruhi oleh atasan langsung yang kurang terbuka terhadap komunikasi. Beliau sering marah-marah tanpa alasan yang jelas, bahkan untuk hal-hal kecil.
