What’s it like working at SaladStop!?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at SaladStop! appreciate the good teamwork and healthy work environment, as well as the opportunity to learn about building an international F&B brand. They also value being part of a group with various international brands and standards. However, there are concerns about salary levels not meeting minimum wage requirements and operational costs being unfairly passed on to employees. Management issues have been highlighted, such as a focus on mistakes rather than achievements and a lack of respect for employees. Employees report long working hours, including unpaid overtime and being required to be on standby during holidays, as well as high workloads that are not commensurate with their positions. Additionally, there are system inefficiencies that require improvement and issues with human resource management, such as a lack of clear priorities and unfair leave policies. Employees also feel there is a lack of investment in human resources that is disproportionate to the increasing workload as the company grows.

The good things(1) A good team who can work well together (2) The work environment where if you are lucky, you get a healthy environment (3) The salary that is almost UMR
The challenges(1) Salary that is almost UMR which means it is not yet UMR according to Article 81 paragraph (25) of the Job Creation Law, it is explained that companies may not pay wages lower than the drinking wages that have been adjusted by the government. From the legal basis, it is clear that the company is obliged to pay the minimum wage according to the area where the company is located. (2) You will spend your salary here to pay for this and that for operational purposes where it's not your fault but management doesn't want to know (3) Management will only see your one mistake compared to a thousand kindnesses (4) The company does not respect employees (5) Working hours outside the contract (6) Unpaid overtime, voluntary overtime. (7) Suitable for those of you who want to spend time working under high pressure and don't need a salary (8) You have annual leave and public holiday but you can't use it (9) Worst management I have ever known (10) Even if you are on holiday, you have to stand by because maybe you will be asked to come to the store because they lack of SDM. (11) Too much work is not comparable to the position held.
