    The challenges-Too many senior employees remain in their positions despite poor performance, largely due to office politics and favoritism toward leadership. -An excessive number of managerial layers, with limited involvement in execution and minimal empowerment of specialists. -Lack of structured training, particularly in core business and product knowledge. -Ineffective and poorly utilized HR systems. -Other departments are generally very supportive; however, within the HC function itself there is excessive internal politics and a tendency to prioritize playing it safe over effective collaboration. Advice to Management: Improve the HR system. Efficiency should not rely solely on mass layoffs. A proper system with accurate tracking of employee history and performance is essential. Be open minded if you are genuinely seeking to hire experienced professionals and be prepared to embrace change.
