    The challengessaya rasa di perusahaan ini tidak ada kesulitan yang sangat signifikan menurut saya. mungkin yang seri terjadi hanya perdebatan kecil antara lintas departemen. tapi untuk menghadapi permasalahan tersebut makanya disini diadakan meeting mingguan untuk membahas segala problema yang ada dikantor ini. setiap departemen diwakili oleh max. 2 orang. setiap masalah yang ada dalam meeting mingguan tersebut diupayakan selalu ditemukan solusi terbaiknya. ditambah lagi memiliki petinggi yang mau terjun langsung ke lapangan, jadi membuat kita para karyawan semakin bersemangat untuk menggapai tujuan bersama.
