Saya sangat menikmati proses memecahkan masalah, mencari akar penyebab kerusakan, dan berhasil membuat mesin kembali berfungsi optimal. Rekan-rekan kerja sangat suportif dan berpengalaman, selalu bersedia berbagi ilmu, yang sangat membantu saya berkembang dalam pemahaman sistem mekanik dan elektronik industri.

The challengesMeskipun banyak hal positif, tantangan terbesar yang saya hadapi adalah tekanan waktu yang ketat dan ekspektasi untuk respons yang cepat saat terjadi breakdown mesin. Produksi pabrik tidak boleh terhenti lama, sehingga kami sering harus bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk menemukan solusi secepat mungkin, terkadang di luar jam kerja normal. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang bising dan terkadang kotor juga menjadi tantangan fisik.
