    A great first step
    The good thingsYou wilk be able to learn a lot of things when you are here, cs everyone will help you get use to the job. Sometimes you will be scolded if you made mistake, but at the same time you will be taught the right way to do things and be encouraged. They are like my 2nd family, the environment is amazing. They give you insurance and female employee allowances.
    The challengesThe system is still really conventional, and the management seems to have quite a challenge to keep up with the current industry trend. Long working hours, and not for those who looks for lavish life.
