The good thingsOpportunity to take your career off somewhere else, provided you have good relationship with your principal brand.
Develop your relationship with your customers properly (of course you should) and utilize this company to ascend it further.
Plenty of learning material provided by the principal brand, make use of it as you want.
The challengesHead honchos of this company took a valuable lesson in the past (big one & it costed them a lot too) & turn it as an anchor to almost every decision making process; sadly, they only took the unpleasant part and broadcast their messages to their subordinates hyperbolically.
Ironically they were fazed (or pretended to be) when their subordinates turned sour, apathic, cynical, and deceitful towards company's internal processes.

- Banyak mentor-mentor yang selalu membimbing atau selalu melakukan sharing pada teman .
The challenges- Mendapatkan pekerjaan Handover dari teman yang sudah Resign dan kita tidak memahami historical dari pekerjaan tersebut.
- Banyaknya peralatan baru yang harus di pahami pada saat melakukan trobelshooting.
