Since 1997 the Company is registered and listed as a public company at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) where public ownership of its shares reached 20.32%. The Company’s share price at the time of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) was Rp 1,550 per share, and in December 2014, the Company’s share listed under the trade code AALI closed at a price of Rp 24,250 per share. Until the end of 2014, the Company has been managing 297,579 hectares of oil palm plantations comprising 235,311 hectares of nucleus plantations and 62,268 hectares of plasma plantations.
