As its business developed, in 1982 the Company changed its name to PT Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Service, then finally changed to PT Aerofood Indonesia in 2011 with Aerofood ACS brand until today.With reliable management, professional Staff and complete certifications (Halal Certificate, Laik Hygiene Certificate, SMK3 Certificate, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018), Aerofood ACS expanded its business segment by providing Industrial Catering Services in 2002. Industrial Catering Services have continued to grow to date and have served leading companies in the Hospitals, Manufacturing, Offices, Schools, Learning Centers, Mining, Oil and Gas Industries.The achievements have accelerated the Company to seize greater business opportunities. In 2008, Aerofood ACS further expanded its business reach by serving the Retail Segment Business to Consumer (B2C) which includes F&B and Merchandise. The F&B Retail service presents the best products from each Aerofood ACS Business Unit throughout Indonesia (Medan, Jakarta, Tangerang, Jogja, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Denpasar and Lombok), while Merchandise sells featured products with Garuda Indonesia logo.Enhancing its excellent service to the Garuda Indonesia Airline, Aerofood ACS diversified its business by providing Laundry Services in 2010. The Laundry Service has two large-scale facilities in Jakarta and Denpasar to handle Inflight Laundry, Companies, Hotels and Restaurants. Both of these facilities use the modern machines to utilize purified and filtered water to ensure maximum cleanliness while maintaining good linen quality. In 2019, the “80 Degrees Laundry & Dry Clean” Brand was launched for B2C services.During the Covid-19 pandemic, Aerofood ACS continued to prove its resilience and adaptation to change and received an award as the Best Catering Company in implementing health protocols from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.In order to remain at the forefront of the industry, Aerofood ACS is fully committed to improving the quality of life through delivering quality products with the support of reliable human resource development, integrated supply chain management, business process innovation and technology.
