The good thingsmendapatkan teman baru, saling support dan kerjasama yang baik. loyalitas yang amat sangat tinggi dari masing masing staffnya. salary yang sesuai dengan UMK tapi tidak ada tunjangan. BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan yang diterima.
The challengesovertime kerja dan overworking. jobdesk yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ada (fleksibel sesuai dengan unit yang ditempati), semakin unit kecil akan semakin banyak kerjaan yang akan dilakukan (serabutan), karena minimnya staff yang ada. tidak adanya feedback, ketika kita memberikan sesuatu yang baik untuk perusahaan tersebut (apresiasi). slow respon, jadi kita harus bertanya terus menerus kepada kantor pusat, untuk apappun yang diperlukan di unit.

Gaji standard UMK & ada BPJS ketenagakerjaan juga. Gajian selalu tepat waktu. Dan langsung masuk sih, tanpa notifikasi.
ATM juga pasti ada ditempat kerja area rumah sakit.
The challengesUnsuitable Job desk. Kerja serabutan. Kerjaan mana yang belum selesai, apapun itu, harus dikerjakan.
Selalu Overtime work. Jadwal datang jam 1 siang pulang jam 9 malam. Jadi harus datang jam 12 pulang jam 10 malam. Tribble. It's almost 12 hours.
And Lack of Human Resources. Kekurangan tenaga kerja, dan tidak pernah acc penambahan tenaga. Jadi tenaga yang ada di pressure terus. If you're late to serve food, there are a penalty. You'll have no time to take a rest, not even have a breakfast. Pernah suatu hari HO berkunjung. Tim cabang lapor kekurangan orang. What was the answer?
Kita dipusat juga kekurangan orang kok. Well, it's not even a problem solving.
