Beban kerja tidak begitu berat, kunci utama stand by setiap saat tetapi tetap santai.

Tanda tangan kontrak setelah habis lama lebih dari 4 bulan walau pun kita sudah diinfo kalau kita tetap lanjut sebagai pegawai
Jam kerja lebih dari 40jam per minggu karena sabtu dan tanggal merah wajib masuk walaupun dialihkan ke hari yang lain.
