There’s a lot of unfair treatment in this place, and the micromanagement makes everything even worse. You’re constantly being watched and controlled, leaving no room for trust or professional growth. Your diploma will be held, and if you break the contract, you’ll have to pay. But if they terminate your contract, they’ll just tell you to leave and you’ll get nothing in return.

TantanganNo matter how long you work here, you will never be trusted by the leadership. The only person they truly trust is the Junior College coordinator. Even when you’re right, you’ll always be seen as wrong — and they’ll constantly look for mistakes to pin on you.
