There’s a lot of unfair treatment in this place, and the micromanagement makes everything even worse. You’re constantly being watched and controlled, leaving no room for trust or professional growth. Your diploma will be held, and if you break the contract, you’ll have to pay. But if they terminate your contract, they’ll just tell you to leave and you’ll get nothing in return.

TantanganNo matter how long you work here, you will never be trusted by the leadership. The only person they truly trust is the Junior College coordinator. Even when you’re right, you’ll always be seen as wrong — and they’ll constantly look for mistakes to pin on you.

While the students are respectful and fellow teachers are highly supportive, the school’s management is poor, often assigns unreasonable tasks, and even withholds employee diplomas—making it a difficult place to build a sustainable career.
Hal yang baikthe only thing that good in this school is our fellow teacher and the student who can deserve better school.
TantanganI don’t recommend working here. Management often assigns unreasonable tasks outside teaching duties. Worse, they withhold employees’ diplomas—clearly its violation in Indonesia. The workload is overwhelming, with little support. If you value professionalism and fair treatment, stay away. stay safe

Hal yang baik Coming into SPB, I had almost a decade of experience teaching my subject—but no background in the Cambridge Curriculum. Through the guidance and structure provided by the school, I was able to grow professionally.

TantanganThey don't appreciate you. They constantly overwork you and give you a job that is not supposed to be your job. Micromanagement at its finest! The leaders don't care about your well-being. They will cut your salary if you did mistake. They also hold your DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE and you need to pay.

Hal yang baikBanyak hal baru yang bisa didapat di sini. Tidak hanya sebagai guru, tetapi belajar menjadi koordinator suatu acara, belajar managemen, disiplin administrasi itu wajib, dan tentunya problem solving yang terus diasah karena sebagai guru sekolah national plus berhadapan langsung dengan karakter orang tua yang berbeda-beda mulai dari orang lokal sampai orang asing.
TantanganKesiapan ketika menjadi seorang koordinator suatu acara di sekolah, mulai dari membuat proposal, hingga selesai acara besar itu memerlukan tanggung jawab besar. Terlebih mengatur sesama karyawan yang bahkan lebih senior. Tapi semuanya bisa dipelajari dengan baik karena di sini mental benar-benar diasah.
