the family culture is good with this company, there's almost no gap between superior and staff. the vibe is good, the friends also good.
for working culture different department different working culture but overall this is American company so its kinda free and almost no regulation. you can come anytime to the office.

this company has no standard, no working SOP, no salary standard applied, basicly this is a family company so everything will be based on the family decision, including your career, when the bos likes you, your career and the salary will be boost significantly but when the bos didnt be prepare to be kicked out.
