    Hal yang baikPro's the family culture is good with this company, there's almost no gap between superior and staff. the vibe is good, the friends also good. for working culture different department different working culture but overall this is American company so its kinda free and almost no regulation. you can come anytime to the office.
    Tantangancon's this company has no standard, no working SOP, no salary standard applied, basicly this is a family company so everything will be based on the family decision, including your career, when the bos likes you, your career and the salary will be boost significantly but when the bos didnt be prepare to be kicked out. also there's no company goals, every dept working on their own based on their instinct. the KPI score also we can defined some project that easy to meet this KPI challenge so its based on our instinct not based on company needs.

    Great Company with Family Culture
    Hal yang baikThe best company I ever been so far. Family oriented and give me much insight and opportunity to what I wanna focus on. There's no restriction among leader and subordinate. We are asked to be speak up and thinking about development and enhancement. The leaders are very welcome to any ideas that we delivered.

    good enough company with good culture
    Hal yang baikfriendly and positive environment, good for hardwordker staff, a lot of things need to fix because this is a startup company now.
    Tantanganstandart operational procedur is not there, so the working environment is not very clear in here.
