Hal yang baikIt's really awesome working at OOm, working in an agency, you are bound to have many clients. But with that said, you are able to meet different people and face many different issues. I love how my bosses constantly believe in me and continue to invest time guiding and checking in on me. They pushed me to endeavor on projects that I thought were way beyond my abilities, and I am so grateful for their patience and insistence. Prior to that, whenever I face difficult situations or issues, I can count on my managers and colleagues to brainstorm and discuss the action steps forward.

TantanganCommunication can be one of the toughest thing when it comes to working with an agency. On the agency's behalf, it can be tough to juggle multiple clients' emails and phone calls, whilst actually trying to implement the work being discussed. But with that said, it is still a great learning curve and life skill to establish till this day, I am still perfecting and enhancing my communication skills not only with clients but with colleagues as well.
