TantanganCommunication can be one of the toughest thing when it comes to working with an agency. On the agency's behalf, it can be tough to juggle multiple clients' emails and phone calls, whilst actually trying to implement the work being discussed.
But with that said, it is still a great learning curve and life skill to establish till this day, I am still perfecting and enhancing my communication skills not only with clients but with colleagues as well.
