    Hal yang baikThe people is good. You will have a lot of good friends in this company. The Ogilvy brand is also good for your portfolio to show that you have an experience of working for such a global multi national company and managing various brand and companies from all over the world.
    TantanganVery low salary compared to it peers in the industry. The management team is incapable of managing talent, they only care about the money and never put any interest to help their employee. Ogilvy has a very toxic boss-subordinate relationship: they won't let you enjoy your life, not even once. Turnover is very high. This place is a big no for everyone who wants to have a life. No life at all at Ogilvy, only work, work, and work!
