a bad experience because the people are not really helpful, and they think you are super man
The good thingsthe office is proper
The challenges- work culture is very bad, including the managers - workflow is very chaos - people are not responsible with their job desc - managers are not transparent, they ask us to do things that are not our job desc just because they are good friends with the person who should do the job

Bad Experience; Biggest Regret in My Career
The good thingsThe people is good. You will have a lot of good friends in this company. The Ogilvy brand is also good for your portfolio to show that you have an experience of working for such a global multi national company and managing various brand and companies from all over the world.
The challengesVery low salary compared to it peers in the industry. The management team is incapable of managing talent, they only care about the money and never put any interest to help their employee. Ogilvy has a very toxic boss-subordinate relationship: they won't let you enjoy your life, not even once. Turnover is very high. This place is a big no for everyone who wants to have a life. No life at all at Ogilvy, only work, work, and work!

    My Internship Experience
The good thingsInternship at Ogilvy was the best experience I ever had. The mentor and the work environment was good and super friendly. You not just learn about the professional work and helping the internal team at the creative agency, but also get some creative knowledge and advice from the expert to survive in the dynamic industry like communication agency.
The challengesTo adjust the dynamic situation. when you are not working consistently nine to five. To speak with the expats that work at the company
