Not really a good company, but at least you got a little grasp of what an audit isHal yang baikI got to learn a lot of things, especially the making of financial statements & profit and loss statement, fiscal correction, cash flow, and reporting the audited report even though it wasn't my role. Also got to join different industries' engagement because the team wasn't classed by industries.
Tantangan1. No closure about personal evaluation's score
2. Different wage/salary from the PE we received
3. Clients overload
4. Vague segregation of duties between junior and senior
5. Tight schedule of engagement, sometimes we have to skips procedures and proceed straight to the reporting
6. Managers didn't reviews working papers
7. No BPJS even when I was a full-time employee
8. Bad management, especially from HR Dept who allocate staffs to clients lol
9. Overtime fee is not calculated using Government's standards
10. Low Out-of-Pocket Expense, especially in town / Jakarta area
