    The good thingsMy career in audit began at KAP Anwar, where I started as a probationary staff. Throughout my time there, I gained hands-on experience in various audit engagements, which helped me grow both technically and professionally.
    The challengesI was not being registered for BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, but the firm did offer partial reimbursement for medical expenses, even though it didn’t cover the full amount. Despite this limitation, the overall experience was very beneficial for my professional growth and career development.

    The good thingsA good place to work with slow and fast pace. The environment is good. There is no gap between staffs and upper level staffs.
    The challengesThe fast pace is really really quick. Need to adapt and adjust quickly with the new responsibilities.

    The good thingsUntuk fresh graduates yang ingin terlebih dahulu belajar atau memiliki pengalaman mengenai dunia auditing, di KAP ini mengajarkan banyak hal. Mulai dari bagaimana menggunakan excel dan word lebih efisien hingga mengajarkan prosedur audit apa saja yang perlu dilakukan. Pada KAP lokal untuk auditor pembagian tugas audit tidak dibagi dari per akun namun dibagi menjadi beberapa tim. Sehingga ilmu yang didapat juga banyak dan kita sebagai junior auditor dituntut sebagai kutu loncat untuk mengikuti kinerja para senior. Tentu saja ini mengajarkan kepada kita agar cepat beradaptasi dengan kinerja atasan yang diinginkan.
    The challengesMenurut saya saat pertama kali, pembekalan semacam training pengenalan audit prosedur kurang diterapkan. Saat awal masuk kemarin, training yang didapat hanya berupa etika bekerja saja. Untuk pengenalan bagaiaman cara mengaudit kita belajar sendiri seiring berjalannya waktu.

    The good thingsDi perusahaan ini saya mendapatkan ilmu yang sangat banyak, terlebih kekeluargaan yang di ciptakan oleh beberpa rekan yang membuat suasana menjadi hangat sehingga stress yang muncul kadang kita obati dengan canda dan tawaan mereka.
    The challengesPengaplikasian terhadap apa yang sudah kita pelajari karena tingkat kecerdasaan orang berbeda kadang menjadikan senior untuk kurang memperhatikan dan lebih memilih mengerjakannya sendiri. pressure pekerjaan yang diberikan juga begitu kuat, sehingga menimbulkan stres di level senior.

    The good thingsThey did good by adding the performance-related bonus, aside of the regular yearly bonus for permanent staff.
    The challengesWorkload and the staffing system don't go well, and too many administrative things to do (like a bureaucracy in New Order Regime). For several staff, their allowance don't go inline with the workload.

    Not really a good company, but at least you got a little grasp of what an audit is
    The good thingsI got to learn a lot of things, especially the making of financial statements & profit and loss statement, fiscal correction, cash flow, and reporting the audited report even though it wasn't my role. Also got to join different industries' engagement because the team wasn't classed by industries.
    The challenges1. No closure about personal evaluation's score 2. Different wage/salary from the PE we received 3. Clients overload 4. Vague segregation of duties between junior and senior 5. Tight schedule of engagement, sometimes we have to skips procedures and proceed straight to the reporting 6. Managers didn't reviews working papers 7. No BPJS even when I was a full-time employee 8. Bad management, especially from HR Dept who allocate staffs to clients lol 9. Overtime fee is not calculated using Government's standards 10. Low Out-of-Pocket Expense, especially in town / Jakarta area
