    Hal yang baika. Insurance perks are pretty good and complete which covered dental, optic and in patient also b. Flexible one
    Tantangana. No clear training from HR division how to retain and engage the employees to work any longer b. Manager level just talk and not brining anything real impact to the company, just tell what the team must do and finish, wish the manager level can be tested with real KPI and prove their actions too, so they can reflect the qualities of their leadership and competencies. c. Some managers have issue with anger management, they can make simple things to become complicated one and take it personally, even shouting some unprofessional words in the forum if they get upset. d. Hardly to get any bonus and increment. e. No team building budget

    Hal yang baik- strategic office location - 20 days annual leave including public holiday - modern office design and building - fast response for IT Team - good work life balance
    Tantangan- unclear strategy between diversify portfolio client or make revenue and often change strategy within weeks - some people feels threaten with open discussion and make it like war and battle - no relationship in between team - no company gathering budget - say yes for some features while not ready yet in system - unclear KPI calibration and so subjective opinion

    Less Learning Curve from Unproven & Immature Young Manager

    Tantanganunclear KPi, some manager are quite young but immature and not ready to lead the team actually just talk no real action, forget it if you wish to learn lots of thing, unclear KPI target for manager itself

    Hal yang baik- remote work - flexibility - good office location - supportive team - keep update to learn technology
    Tantangan- hiring business development manager but doing micro manage team. The best way to make your team gone - too much meeting and one on one with BD Manager. And BD Manager is control freak. - no clear target for BD Manager. As BD Manager you have to bring huge numbers as new business not only maintaining the team and managing them. Prefer to recruit Head of Admin Database if you just want to control tidiness of documents and flows.

    Hal yang baik- kerja remote - flexible - team kerja yang kompak dan saling membantu sama lain - lokasi kantor yang strategis dan aksea yang mudah - kantor modern dengan identifikasi artificial intelligence
    Tantangan- kurangnya arahan dari HOD - office politics yang cukup kentara beberapa posisi diisi PIC HOD diperusahaan sebelumnya - proses akseptasi legal lumayan lama karena hanya bergantung kepada pihak Head - rentang gaji yang cukup besar untuk tanggung jawab dan pekerjaan yang sama

    Hal yang baik- Flexibility - Growth - Network - Values
    Tantangan- There are Marketing folks who think they own the company and think that they can dictate everyone else's work like they even know what they're doing. Even their manager was so toxic that my friend's mental health got impacted. - Spend lots of dollars for failed Marketing lol. But the company still thinks Marketing was a hero to them. - It's pandemic but the company growth was a mess. Thanks to Marketing for their efforts. - I collaborate with them (Marketing) once, and seems like they are abang-abang Tanah Abang like don't know how to professionally give feedback (more like mocking) maybe because one them is a g4yboy. Rumpi abislah pokoknya lol - Sane people only last 1-3 months in Marketing. Wondering why?
