    Good company to learn things, but don't stay here forever!
    Hal yang baikGood company to learn things. Your leader will not supervise you, you have to be responsible with your own job. You have 1-on-1 monthly meeting with your leader to build and plan your responsibilities. You can be anything: from Supply Chain to Finance, take any projects as your side responsibilities, became a trainer, as long as you could responsible. You don't need to work in the office (you can work everywhere and wear anything!) You could discuss and build connections with all Decathlon's employee worldwide. There are a lot of people from many nationality working in this company. Of course, your English skills will improving as well. It's a really GOOD place to learn and improve your skills.
    TantanganBut.... don't stay here forever. I personally think I don't have work life balance here. I'm working for > 10 hours in a day and they don't provide overtime fee. We have a lot of tasks. In a well-established corporate, your job will be handled by 2-3 peoples. If you could finish some job, your leader will challenge you to do more and more. The remuneration package is fair, but not really good. Company don't give any quarterly or yearly bonus. Just salary. That's it. HR things are not good. They only have 1 HR Manager (without any staffs) which handle everything. They don't have labor organization, standard for the salary matrix, and even organization charts. The HR turnover rate is very high. People come and go every single day. You will find many Goodbye Email and Hello Email.
