    High operational exposure, but compensation and career structure lag behind responsibilities
    The good thingsExposure to real production environments and enterprise-scale infrastructure. Opportunity to work with multi-vendor technologies and handle live operational incidents. Engineers gain hands-on experience supporting customer-facing systems under SLA-driven conditions. Some senior technical staff are knowledgeable and willing to share operational insights.
    The challengesCompensation is generally below market expectations when compared to workload, responsibility, and technical scope. On-call duties and after-hours support are regularly required, including weekends, but compensation or formal overtime arrangements are not consistently provided. Work-life balance can be challenging due to frequent off-hours incidents and operational demands. Career progression paths for technical roles are not always clearly defined, making long-term growth uncertain. Operational pressure has increased as team structures change, with higher-level engineers often absorbing frontline responsibilities. Employee retention can be challenging, resulting in knowledge gaps and increased workload for remaining staff.

    The good things- focus on facilitating employee development and growth opportunities (training, learning class, certification), - supportive and nurturing work environment that values work-life balance (flexible work hours and working system, either WFO or remote), - embraces a fun and positive atmosphere that promotes collaboration and teamwork (so many outing activities, fun games, free snacks) - opportunity to contribute, top management is open to discussion with all of the employees
    The challengeslimited career advancement opportunities in certain departments (for now Wowrack only have clear learning plan and career path for Support Engineer team, but other department still have the autonomy to plan their professional development)

    The good thingsOpen opportunity, the more you are important to the company the more you will get a benefit, bonus, and huge increase in salary. Confirm you will learn many new IT technology that you never imagine. This company is great for newcomers that love with IT Technology
    The challengesThe management, Support Manager, act like god and not really care with his subordinate. Reacted when the issue is coming and tend to blame the issue to his subordinate. He did not prepare for an incoming issue.
