Engineers gain hands-on experience supporting customer-facing systems under SLA-driven conditions. Some senior technical staff are knowledgeable and willing to share operational insights.
    The challengesCompensation is generally below market expectations when compared to workload, responsibility, and technical scope. On-call duties and after-hours support are regularly required, including weekends, but compensation or formal overtime arrangements are not consistently provided. Work-life balance can be challenging due to frequent off-hours incidents and operational demands. Career progression paths for technical roles are not always clearly defined, making long-term growth uncertain.
