    The challengesGaji dan tunjangan tidak sesuai perjanjian diawal interview (full masuk). SPV yang baperan, tidak profesional, dan tidak pro aktif solutif. Khususnya untuk problem sales beromset kecil. Jika sales ada kendala, hanya disuruh melaporkan kendalanya tanpa adanya solusi yang pasti. Dan budaya CARI MUKA dan CARI AMANNYA SENDIRI masih terasa kental. Utamanya dilakukan oleh sales² lama.

    Push kenceng insentif juga harus kenceng jangan push elit insentif sulit.
    The good thingsHal yang baik dari perusahaan ini adalah distributor air mineral besar dan pertama di indonesia yaitu aqua, jadi sales nya efford less untuk menawarkan produknya. Untuk gaji umk dengan uang bensin untuk sales 25K uang makan all karyawan 6K. Perlu di pertimbangkan lagi apakah layak 2023 uang makan 6K ?
    The challengesSangat di sayangkan gaji sales yang hanya UMK masih di potong setiap bulan untuk membayar claim discon! Apakah wajar gaji 2jt an tapi tiap bulan sales bayar claim sampai 200rb an bahkan lebih. Sistem perlu diperbaiki agar karyawannya lebih sejahtera. Lembur sampai jam berapapun tidak ada gaji tambahan.
