Villa Finder started in Singapore in 2012 with a simple idea: to simplify the process of booking a villa in Asia. As more people joined the team, we opened our second office in Bali in 2013. We now have a team of 55 from 9 countries who all share a passion for amazing villas, delicious food, and protecting our environment.Our mission is simple: creating the holiday of the guests' dreams in the perfect villa. The good thingsThe environment was something that I enjoyed the most. The people were willing to lend a hand to help me grow. They would also give you a lot of POVs that could help you to learn more about the business. The communication was great within the team, with other teams, and upper-management. There were a lot of technical things to learn and cases to solve, just like any other jobs. However, I had a lot of people who were very kind to show me the way.
