    The Wonderful experience at Shangri la Hotel Surabaya
    The good thingsI think so any good things who I can, Although I only training but in there we learn from the guests this very important is we have so many guests from foreign, and we are give the best service and handle like a family, the grist time I am in charge in here I have a problem namely is speaking, but after I am taking in here my basic communication Increase dramatically, Thanks a lot Shangri La Hotel Surabaya. We are family♥️
    The challengesTalking about problem until now I am must to be learn don't give up to learn language like mandarin, Hangul, and International language is English, but I want to be learn Group or independent so not easy for me because we must to try speaking Direct with people who can speak English, I think It's easier to learn.
