    Top-notch work environment and culture
    The good thingsThe environment was something that I enjoyed the most. The people were willing to lend a hand to help me grow. They would also give you a lot of POVs that could help you to learn more about the business. The communication was great within the team, with other teams, and upper-management. There were a lot of technical things to learn and cases to solve, just like any other jobs. However, I had a lot of people who were very kind to show me the way.

    A great place to learn and gain experience, especially for fresh graduates!
    The good thingsWhat I’ve enjoyed most is the people and the culture. The team is supportive and easy to work with, creating a really positive environment. I also appreciate how flexible and open-minded the culture is, which makes it comfortable to share ideas and try new approaches. :)
    The challengesCareer growth could be clearer. While there are opportunities to move between teams, it can be harder to build specialized skills or follow a defined career path.

    The good thingsA good place to learn for freshman. You will know how hospitality business works and will interact with so many people. You will learn how to operate a certain tools that will be beneficial for your long term career. Absolutely a recommended place to learn.

    I have been here for sometime, and so far has been enjoyable. There are ups and downs, overall is a good experience
    The good thingsI love the individuals being in the company, makes your life a whole and definitely one of the major reasons to work here. Well-compensated if you are up to the standards and there are plenty of perks such as Villa Stay :) Not hierarchical and everyone gets along very well with clear tasks and roles
    The challengesInitially the working pace was overwhelming, however, if you can adapt it should no longer be an issue.

    A lovely experience working in Bali with a balance of slow-living and fast-paced job.
    The good thingsThis is my first job and I enjoy working here a lot. The company offers a safe place for you to become the best version of yourselves. Everyone is so respectful and you are free to talk with everyone (You can also talk over a coffee with the CEO or have lunch with the COO and whatnot). If you like to stay in Bali, but still want to have that somewhat fast-paced job (Travel Consultant, in this case), this place is for you.
    The challengesBeing the person that the company expected me to be. It was difficult, but everyone in the company always offered guidance and help to achieve that. It was difficult, but it's not impossible :-)

    A rollercoaster of a company when it comes to experience: happy, thrilling, sad, rewarding, fun.
    The good thingsI love the colleagues and environment. The culture is nice, it is a pretty flexible company with many benefits. The management is nice and flat, everyone is friendly and helpful.
    The challengesI personally think this is a fast-paced environment and this is a challenge to those that are not used to do that. Your idea will be challenged also but that is fine.

We have a very strong team that is always there for each other to help when stuck. We work at a fast pace as we are a fast growing company, but there is high quality guidance available making it a positive challenge. If you want to learn and grow together with an amazing team, then this is the company for you!

    The good thingsThis company has a good work culture and clear goals. No seniority, but we are all respect each other. The management also listen to the feedbacks from employee and they care about how the employee is doing.

    The good thingsThe working environment is really good. People are very welcoming especially for newbies. We get so many extra benefits. The company always wants you to grow and help you achieve on where you wanted yourself to be.
    The challengesThe company has a clear vision, but sometimes in order to get to that point the company always has to change things and it can be quite challenging. Also, the transparency in this company needs to be improved, as we all want the same thing for the company, which is success.

    The good thingsVilla Finder always listens to employee's needs and adapts quickly, which is very rare for a company this size. The working environment is very professional too. We work together as a team, and everyone is getting along well, helping and teaching each other. I had a lot of fun and learnt many useful skill. I would recommend working here if you are looking for a good career path :)

    The good thingsDiverse, professional, family-friendly, no seniority and everyone is happy to have each other's back. They know how to run the extra-mile and have fun after. And oh, did I tell you about their beautiful villas where you can party in?
    The challengesThey do a lot of projects despite of not having much manpower, but that's mostly positive if you're a challenge seeker.

    The good thingsInternational working environment, lots of smart people. You will learn a lot of things here and of course will be earning decent money.
    The challengesHowever, the company's expectation is so high and sometimes too high and you have to be very serious and can't joke around, they are all very professional and business oriented.
