    An unfrogettable journey of one's career
    The good thingsUntil now, I am grateful to people who used to work in Vista, who were accepting me as a part of Vista family. A great working environment that suits to my career development ; in addition to the academic training carried out by the former VIP Head : Ms. Alex which has significantly changed the direction of my career until now, that has brought the impacts to the career I am having right now. A good working place to blend yourself in international-working environment despite being close to it. The people also taught me a valuable lesson : Team work is essential and one of inseparable element when it comes to achieving the balance and harmony within company :)
    The challengesNo workplace is "totally"perfect ; all workplaces / companies must have weaknesses. To acknowledge these weaknesses require bravery and deescalation of the emergence of ego. Instead of assigning blame to someone who had done his best to retain the company's image, why couldn't we have just sit together, had a sip of coffee, and calmly discussed about the solutions ( as well as what proper actions should I take in case the same incident occur ? ). I apologize in advance but rest assure that the IT team and I had done our best to deliver excellent service to our client although the expectation was against our favour. And another thing is : showing appreciation to your subordinates is not hard, isn't it ? Start off building a habit of appreciating one's work by highlighting the works they have done so far and probably "incentivizing" them with something that can reignite their work motivation.

    It's not worth it
    The good thingsNice clients; well-motivated and eager, making your actual job is actually fun. They are the ones who keep you going. Friendly and helpful co-workers.
    The challengesUnclear job description, they'd ask you to do jobs outside your responsibility and talk to you as if it's initially yours. When you question it after some times, you'll have the talk with the owner (not the manager but the owner who doesn't have any problems calling you disgusting and all other inappropriate stuffs). Inefficient bureaucracy because the manager's jobs are also overlapping (sometimes you need to repeat reporting everything to a ridiculous degree). You take responsibility in the KPI assessment for the criteria the company can't provide you. For example, you're supposed to get 6 trainings a year. The company doesn't give you any training, so you make internal trainings. In the end, it's not counted in your KPI as the training is supposed to be given by head managers. Demand you to keep improving, yet they hardly give you any training. Overall, they drain you.

    It is not worth it if you want to settle down here. Lacks of appreciation.
    The good thingsThe only good thing in here is the nice colleagues and you will develop your sales skill a lot. The working environment is good, not much of the office politics happened internally. You will gain lots of beneficial network here for your future career in another company.
    The challengesLots of inefficient meetings and lack of time management from the upper management. An established company with unprofessional management & system. Demanding owner expecting us to be a superman, lots of staff feels under appreciated thus lots of turnover. There are no work life balance if you are a family person/have children, esp. if you are promoted.

    The challengesproduktivitas adalah salah satu faktor terpenting dalam perusahaan. HR harus mampu menentukan level produktivitas karyawannya guna menentukan strategi serta alasan apabila produktivitasnya menurun. Permasalahan ini bisa diatasi dengan menggunakan software HR yang terintegrasi dan mampu mencatat penilaian kerja karyawan. Cara ini akan sangat memudahkan dalam hal pemantauan produktivitas kerja.
