    The challengesManajemen tidak memahami keadaan lapangan seperti apa. Mereka menginginkan bangunan sebaik burj khalifa namun material yang dimiliki hanya batu bata, pasir dan kerikil yang kualitasnya jelek. seharusnya manajemen lebih down to earth lagi, pahami lagi apa yang terjadi di bawah agar dalam mengambil keputusan itu realistis. saya termasuk orang yang terbuang oleh manajemen namun oleh rekan saya tetap diinginkan untuk tinggal. Politik kerja juga sangat kental. ada yang kerjanya biasa saja namun karena pintar mengolah kata-kata jadi tetap dipertahankan. yang bagus malah terbuang, atau bertahan namun bekerja sampai malam padahal tidak ada lembur. ada orang yang sangat sulit diajak bekerja sama, tolong lah perbaiki atitude kalian.

    The challengesKurangnya system yang memadai agar kerja lebih mudah dan cepat. Banyaknya permintaan dan tekanan dari semua Dept.Marketing, customer, Dept.Finance, Dept.Operational, dan team audit di luar daily jobdesk yang padat. Atasan tidak peduli dengan beban dan resiko kerja yang diterima bawahannya dan tidak adil dalam membagi kerjaan (only focus on appearances dan tidak ada evaluasi team).

    The challengesMicromanaging yang buruk, atasan yang egois hanya sibuk pencitraan tanpa hasil kerja yang nyata. Tidak adanya sistem untuk memudahkan pekerjaan (semua dilakukan dengan manual excel) sehingga resiko kesalahan anak buah sangat tinggi. Not much training, wasn't a very welcoming environment.

    The good thingsLearn to be strong and quick self taught. The payment is average. The company is still growing.
    The challengesLearning by doing by yourself. Managers are not transparent about decisions behind their employees promotions and give benefits to one employee over reasons other than skill and performance. Some employees treated like gold, the rest were stuck with all of the grunt work and none of the praise. No matter what you do, your efforts won't be rewarded if you're not one of the favored few.

    The good thingsSangat baik untuk menimba ilmu di takari bagi fresh graduate. krn ilmu yg di dapat di tempat ini cukup banyak utk seorang marketing staff (autolease/operating lease). Ilmu tsb terdiri dari, perihal invoice, PO, dealing dgn customer, presentasi, belajar menghitung, belajar menjadi collector.
    The challengesTurn over diperusahaan ini sangat tinggi sekali, setidaknya setiap bulannya pasti ada yg resign, dan bulan desember 2018 info yg saya dpt dari staff yg resign berjumlah 7 orang. Sistem perusahaan yg belum menggunakan sistem yg baik utk kemudahan marketing, masih berfokus pada penggunaan software Ms.Excel. Dan HRD cenderung kurang tanggap akan resign nya staff seolah2 cuek dan saya rasa menganggap karyawannya bukan sebagai asset yang harus di jaga. Hal ini harus segera dibenahi, saya harap pihak takari segera berbenah. Kalau tidak berbenah ya perusahaan maju akan tetapi karyawan menderita.

    The good thingsI learn a lot there, 'cause having an opportunity from my GM's to learn from any fault that i made, they sharpen my mentality and knowledge which now become one of my precious experience. on Mentality part, i learn a lot about team work, trust, loyalty, idealism, and leadership, including self control.
    The challengesHow you understand the management need without they describe it widely, and having a great communication skill on bridging them, will be your super number one specialty, recognize you co-worker personality will gain you another benefit as your secondary expertise.

    The good thingsSecara over all, working environment nya bagus dan cukup menyenangkan, fasilitas seperti sport dan music bisa make every staffs feeling good, komunikasi antar divisi baik.
    The challengesKomunikasi dengan co-worker sangat buruk,tidak adanya manager langsung membuat perkerjaan hambar. supervisor IT tidak bisa bekerja dengan profesional, no goal setting even weekly meetingpun tidak pernah ada which means tidak siap untuk menerima new things to improvement purposes. Not recommended to working with those guys if don't want to get stress.
