Dan satu lagi di spilla itu sering liburan bersama! asik bukan?

The challengesKesulitannya adalah komunikasi yang terbangun antara manajemen dan produksi sering terhambat karna berbagai macam faktor seperti tempat yang berbeda dan jarangnya moment pertemuan. Hal ini menyebabkan persepsi yang salah antara kebijakan manajemen dan tanggapan dari pihak produksi. Kekurangan inilah yang menjadi salah satu faktor besar terhambatnya terobosan yang daiambil oleh manajemen.
