    The challengesgaji yang sedikit, tunjangan kurang memadai, fasilitas standar perusahaan yang tidak terpenuhi, SOP tidak jelas, business trip nombok karena budget dari perusahaan yang tidak masuk akal, level-managerial yang toxic, sistem keuangan yang kurang jelas, high turn over tapi tidak mau mengintrospeksi, dan cek cok antar divisi yang sering terjadi membuat suasana dikantor tidak nyaman. Semoga perusahaan bisa mengintrospeksi lagi agar lebih bisa memikirkan karyawannya.
